As a S-LTM, I am primarily responsible for managing a cohort of 5-12 S-LTAs/Street Team members. I completed training before the semester starts, and once the semester begins, I attend and participate in weekly meetings with S-L staff.

My primary responsibility is facilitating weekly meetings with my group of S-LTAs, and helping to address issues that arise for S-LTAs/Street Team members with their students/partners. I act as a liaison between their group of S-L student leaders and S-L staff, and learn/share best practices from other S-LTMs in our weekly meetings.
